I. GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS) Pacific Rim Region, Design & Construction Division
Description
Integrity's acquisition experts are supporting the expansion and renovation of the Mariposa Land Port of Entry in Nogales, AZ. Estimated at $150M, this project is a critical part of our nation's efforts to enhance our southern border. The project consists of the demolition and new construction of all facilities within the land port of entry. This is a four-phase project encompassing Design, Construction, and Management contracts. Our team provides contracting support in all phases of the acquisition process, including preparation of the acquisition plans, requirements clarification, solicitation development, and contract administration.

II. TSA Acquisition & Program Management Support Division (APMSD)
Description
Since 2006, we have partnered with APMSD to implement acquisition and program management best practices through outreach support to over 60 TSA programs. We provide full acquisition lifecycle support to TSAs programs; we help define needs and manage cost, schedule and technical performance. The team also provides inreach support to APMSD including developing and instructing over a dozen acquisition and program management training courses, building a cost estimating capability, and providing strategic enterprise-wide capital planning expertise.
Impact
The effect of this partnership is a better trained TSA workforce, acquisition programs that are well prepared for milestone reviews, and greatly improved capital planning processes and scores.
