Specifically, Integrity is looking for credentialed program managers, subject matter experts and acquisition professionals with experience in one or more of its value-added capability areas. Masters degrees (e.g., MBA, M.S.) are preferred as well as industry recognized certifications such as the PMP, DAWIA, and FAC-C.

Health, Dental and Vision
Employees and their covered dependants may elect to participate in Integrity’s health, dental, and vision insurance programs. Our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan is provided through United Healthcare. This plan includes options that minimize out-of-pocket expenses to our employees by providing in-network care at low co-pays, with no deductibles or coinsurance to satisfy. Additionally, Integrity offers a traditional dental insurance plan through United Healthcare and a vision plan through Vision Service Plan. Integrity will contribute 75% toward the cost of coverage for participating employees and 50% toward the cost of coverage for their families.
Life Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability
Integrity provides Basic Life Insurance at 1 (one) times the employee’s base salary and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for all employees who enroll in the medical plan. The Company provides Short and Long-Term Disability Coverage to employees who enroll in the Group Health Plan (Medical and/or Dental/Vision).
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Integrity provides this account to allow full-time employees to set aside some of their earnings before taxes in a type of savings account for later reimbursement of qualifying medical expenses.
Credit Union
Comprehensive credit union services are available for all employees from MemberSource Credit Union via payroll deduction. Services include savings and checking accounts, credit cards, and loans.

To help employees and their families balance work and personal issues, Integrity offers Care24 - a flexible and comprehensive Employee Assistance Program - at no cost to the employee.

Bonus Programs
Integrity offers a spot bonus, a business development bonus, and an employee referral bonus program. The purpose of the spot bonus program is to recognize employees demonstrating superior client service, exhibiting corporate leadership, or for earning a professional certification. The business development bonus program rewards employees for capturing new work. The employee referral bonus rewards employees for helping expand the Integrity team with key talent.
College Savings 529 Plan
Integrity offers its employees an employer-sponsored Virginia College Savings Plan. Administered by the American Funds, this family-friendly benefit assists employees with higher education savings. Employees who elect to contribute can do so through payroll deduction.
Retirement Savings Plan
Integrity recognizes that employees are concerned about planning for their retirement. Integrity offers a 401K plan that includes an employer matching contribution based on the employee’s contributions. We match up to a maximum of 4% with immediate vesting.
Tuition Reimbursement
Eligible employees may be reimbursed up to a maximum of $1,500 per calendar year for approved undergraduate or graduate college courses within a degree program at an accredited institution, or up to a maximum of $500 per calendar year for qualifying continuing educational expenses (including courses taken at an accredited trade school, business school or through a professional association).
Professional Membership & Development
Recognizing the importance of professional development and networking, Integrity encourages staff participation in professional memberships and societies and will reimburse employees for annual membership dues in one organization.
Additionally, Integrity will reimburse the cost of an employee’s certification exam upon successful completion of the exam and will reimburse coursework in a related field on a case-by-case basis upon management approval. If an employee presents a paper at a conference or speaks at a conference, Integrity will pay for the travel expenses and applicable conference fees upon management approval.
Health Club Membership
Integrity employees are eligible to receive a health club membership at the corporate club, or a reimbursement of up to $40 per month toward a health club or fitness center. The corporate club is Fitness First, a health and fitness center with 18 locations in the D.C. metro area.
Community Outreach
Integrity recognizes and values its employees' desire to give back to the community in which they live and work. Integrity has a Charity Committee which enable its employees to choose the organizations that are most meaningful to them to support. At the corporate level, in the recent months, Integrity leadership has provided financial support to Homestretch Inc. which is the largest provider of transitional housing and services for homeless families with children in Northern Virginia, raised money for the Haitian Relief Effort through the Red Cross, and Sponsored the 2009 Help the Homeless Walkathon in DC.
